Maintaining and renewing certificates is a standard part of SSO administration.
If you know your certificate is due to expire please provide Customer Support with a copy of the public certificate in advance, along with the date you are expecting to make the change.
This way we can coordinate actions to ensure a smooth renewal and application of the certificate.
ADFS Implementations
The new certificate will work alongside with the expiring certificate, once implemented by Kallidus, the switch can happen at any time and no impact to the site availability will be seen.
SAML2 Implementations
A time for implementation and switch over will need to be arranged with Kallidus, to ensure the new thumbprint is in place on the configured Identity Provider.
