In this article, we'll show how to access the HR dashboard to see how people are getting on with objectives and reviews. Administrators can then jump straight to view Users who fit into one of the summary categories and see the full details of the objective or review. Alternatively, Administrators can copy their email addresses to send an email reminder.
A few things to know about the HR dashboard:
- It summarises the % of employees without active objectives
- It summarises the % of employees with overdue objectives
- It summarises the % of employees without reviews
- Administrators can jump to view Users who fit into one of the above categories
- Administrators can download a spreadsheet containing emails for sub-sets of Users (and send reminders)
We'll cover:
- Steps to view the HR dashboard
- View a list of all Users in each of the summaries
- View employees against review status (for example to send reminders)
