From time to time, you may need to transfer secure information, such as API Tokens or other credentials, to Kallidus. We want to ensure you can do this in a safe and secure manner.
When doing so, please use our support centre, Zendesk, and raise a ticket in the usual manner.
Please include details to explain who the intended recipient of this information is, and it's purpose. The support team here at Kallidus will then pass this information to it's intended recipient.
If you have additional requirements, please raise these in the same manner and we will discuss these requirements with you.
Once the information has been passed to the intended recipient, Kallidus Support shall redact the ticket before closing it to ensure the information is no longer stored in Zendesk.
