📃 Accommodating for recent legislation updates
- Kallidus monitors the latest news and legislation and updates courses as required. The following courses have been recently updated to accommodate changes in legislation.
- New and Expectant Parents now accommodates the Flexible Working Act impacts, Paternity Leave (Bereavement) Act, Pregnancy and Family Leave Act.
- Safeguarding Children now accommodates the Online Safety Act, Working Together to Safeguard Children, Prevent Duty Guidance, Keeping Children Safe in Education.
- Fraud, Bribery, and Corruption now accommodates the Economic Crime and Corporate Transparency Act.
- Bullying and Harassment accommodates the Online Safety Act, Protection from Sex-based Harassment in Public Act, Worker Protection amendment to Equality Act 2010
- Competition Law now references the Digital Markets Act, which establishes a new digital market competition regime
- MONITORING: We are closely monitoring new Bills listed in King’s Speech, including Martyn’s Law.
