In October, the following courses were upgraded to our accessible, responsive player:
- Handling Complaints
- Angry Customers
- First Contact
- Customer Service Knowledge and Attitude
- Exploring Needs
- Communicating Performance Expectations
These courses will be upgraded in November, which completes the transition of the active UK library into the Kallidus OTS player:
- Creating Powerful Support Materials
- Preparing for a Formal Review
- Monitoring Performance
- Matching Needs
Please encourage your learners to complete these courses before the upgrade, or start them after the maintenance period. This will ensure no progress is lost.
We are working on the following new courses, all to be released before Christmas:
- Fire Warden
- Financial Sanctions
- Finance for Non-Finance Managers
Course card updates in Learn:
All Kallidus OTS course card images will be updated automatically during November, to give a fresher, contemporary feel to the course selection in your LMS. As a reminder, this will over-ride any changes you may have made to course images or titles. Those customers who have opted out will not receive the update.
