✨ New release: Finance for Non-Finance Managers
As a manager, it's important to feel confident about the financial aspects of your role. Even if you don't think of yourself as a 'numbers person', you'll still need to understand key concepts such as revenue, expenses, profit and variance.
In this course, you'll learn how to interpret financial reports, manage budgets, and use data to guide everyday decisions. You'll also discover how understanding these areas can help you perform your role more effectively and make a positive difference to your organisation. By developing your financial literacy, you'll strengthen your skills in leadership, strategic thinking, planning and influence.
