👉 Featured Update: Worker Protection Act
To give more detail for managers on the Worker Protection Amendment of Equality Act 2010, Kallidus is working on a new course, Preventing Sexual Harassment for Managers. This course focuses on the manager's responsibility under the Worker Protection Act, and will be published in early December.
Bullying and Harassment has been updated to cover the requirements of the Act in the following ways:
- includes Sexual Harassment Awareness content
- emphasises that employers have a duty to provide a safe place of work and take reasonable steps to prevent harassment
- tells learners what they can expect from their organisation, how they can contribute to a positive culture and when they should speak up and challenge colleagues

As a reminder, we encourage your learners to complete these courses before the upgrade begins or start these courses after the maintenance period. This will ensure that no progress is lost.
We will notify you again closer to the date of maintenance.
📃 Recent legislation updates
Kallidus monitors the latest news and legislation and updates courses as required. The following courses have been recently updated to accommodate changes in legislation.
- New and Expectant Parents now accommodates the Flexible Working Act impacts, Paternity Leave (Bereavement) Act, Pregnancy and Family Leave Act.
- Safeguarding Children now accommodates the Online Safety Act, Working Together to Safeguard Children, Prevent Duty Guidance, Keeping Children Safe in Education.
- Fraud, Bribery, and Corruption now accommodates the Economic Crime and Corporate Transparency Act.
- Bullying and Harassment accommodates the Online Safety Act, Protection from Sex-based Harassment in Public Act, Worker Protection amendment to Equality Act 2010
- Competition Law now references the Digital Markets Act, which establishes a new digital market competition regime
- MONITORING: We are closely monitoring new Bills listed in King’s Speech, including Martyn’s Law.
