Tips for updating images and colours
Before updating your brand, check with your marketing team or whoever owns your organisation's brand. They may have brand guidelines that determine the colour choices you make. Images can be SVG, PNG, or JPG files.
Note that Desktop images must be 250 x 80px. Mobile images must be 64x64 px
If your logo appears smaller than expected or looks off-centre, the image file may include extra space around the logo. Try cropping the image so that the logo fills the full area of the file:
In the first example below, the image has more space around the logo. The second image has no space around the logo:
Steps to brand Perform to your organisation
- Select 'Branding' from the Perform administration menu:
- Select 'Logos' from the left hand menu:
- Select 'Change file' and select a PNG, or JPG image for desktop and mobile view. Desktop images must be 250 x 80px. Mobile images must be 64x64 px):
- Scroll down to preview the logos in desktop and mobile view. If everything looks good, you're ready to move on to select the colour palette for your Perform
- Select 'Colours' from the left hand menu:
- Add your preferred colours in place of the defaults. Colour values can be entered as a HEX code, a RBG value, a HSL value. It's also possible to use the 'dipper' tool or the colour bar:
- Scroll down to preview the colours in desktop and mobile view
- When you're done, select 'Back to Perform' to return to the regular view of Perform:
