Associating learning with Skills is an essential first step for organisations aspiring to become Skills-led. By mapping learning opportunities directly to specific Skills, you empower learners with a clearer understanding of the competencies they are developing and enable them to discover new areas for upskilling.
This approach enhances learner engagement and aligns training with career development goals, creating a more motivated and skilled workforce.
