Exporting reports to an SFTP is a secure way to transfer your company data to your own server, or to a 3rd party platform that allows for integrations using SFTPs. Before you can export reports to an SFTP server you will have to connect an SFTP space.

How to schedule reports to export to an SFTP server

Scheduling a report to be exported to an SFTP is similar to scheduling a report to be emailed. When you get to the scheduler, when choosing who you want as the recipient of the report, select 'Export to SFTP'. Next select which of SFTP space you would like to export the report to. This will include any previously connected SFTP spaces. 

Once saved, your report will export to the selected SFTP space at the scheduled time. 

How to export a report to an SFTP manually

If you've scheduled a report to be exported to an SFTP at a specific time and interval, but would like to ensure that the data is exported sooner, you can export the report to the selected SFTP manually. To do this find the report in your list of reports and click 'SFTP' to export it immediately to the previously selected SFTP. 

Note: this can only be done with reports that have already been scheduled to export to an SFTP server.
