Not sure where to start with reports? This session walks through the basics, aimed at anyone new to the reporting tools or wanting a refresher, with resources signposted throughout to support you further.

We will cover:

• Choosing a fixed report and finding what you need within it
• Filtering data and saving a view so you can return to it easily
• Sharing reports with others
• Setting up reminders
• How to build a simple user created report

Peer to peer: How do you manage and run your events?

Running events regularly requires ongoing admin, from setting up events and managing bookings, to marking attendance and delegating to those who run each session. So how do you manage this in a time effective way?

Whether it is a system you swear by, a shortcut you picked up by accident, or a process you have refined over time, we would love to hear how you approach it. Bring your own questions too, this is as much a chance to compare notes with others managing events as it is to share what works for you.
