Reporting on Admin/ reporting permissions

Hope everyone is well, 

As part of our Kallidus governance I've created a document for me to record/ review admin and reporting permissions. I plan to review this annually and record any changes upon review. I am considering the best format for this document and wondering if it could be a custom Kallidus report. However, I can't see that any of the datasets include admin/ reporting permissions in the detail I need, but before I rule it out I was keen to see if anyone has managed to do this? Or if anyone has any other suggestions (also thinking MS lists) please let me know!
