Does anyone know if there is a way to get an instant updated report?
Hi people!
Does anyone know if there is a way to get an instant updated report? We have set up monthly reports to be sent to us, but if we notice there isn't something quite right, we update the data but have to wait until the next day to get the correct report.
It would be so much better to be able to run another report if we made an update.

The reports database is typically updated twice a day. The only immediate update to report contents you will see would be based on what it currently has access to.
For example if I have some new starters and I want to check that they have been assigned the correct default induction courses per their staff role, which I have set to happen 3 days before they start. If there is an issue, when I correct it in Learn I will not see that correction until the following day (or after the next database refresh but that's currently outside of working hours)
