Kallidus Tip: Quickly see who’s enrolled on a Course using Learning Progress filters
Hello customer Community! 👋
Ever thought “I wish I could see everyone who’s enrolled on this course in a report?” — especially when learners might be assigned both directly and via groups? 🤔
The Learning Progress report has a set of powerful filters that make this really easy. Here’s how to zero in on exactly the right learners 👇
When exploring the Learning Progress report, try using these filters:
-
Course is currently enrolled?
Set this to Yes to show only learners who are actively enrolled. -
Course is group enrolled?
- Yes → shows learners enrolled via a group they belong to
- No → hides group‑based enrolments from the results
-
Course is directly enrolled?
- Yes → shows learners manually enrolled onto the course
-
No → hides direct enrolments
These filters should enable you to troubleshoot enrolment queries quickly and confidently!

When using this tip, remember that report dataset refreshes happen twice a day. Typically that will be in the middle of the night (UK time) and then again during the afternoon.
So if you add a bunch of users to a course, they will not appear on the report until the next dataset refresh has occurred.
