Instructor Led Lesson - Not showing as complete when attended?

Hi! I'm new to the community and the admin world of Evolve. I have a problem which I need help solving, an employee attended an Instructor led lesson (which i know for certain was attended) but this lesson is still showing as not completed? It doesn't even have ‘In Progress’ please can you advise if there is anyway i can manually complete this on their behalf as the course as a whole is now showing as not fully complete and please could you explain why this has happened? Thank you.
