Kallidus tip: How Group Administrators assign Reviews (without the "Assign" button)

Getting questions about why Group Administrators can’t see the “Assign New Review” button in Perform that Managers can see? 🤔
That’s because Group Administrators operate slightly differently behind the scenes - instead, they use My Team (similar to the Senior Manager approach). This lets them assign reviews for anyone in their group, even if they’re not the direct manager.
Once assigned:
- The review won’t show in their My Reviews (the line manager is the reviewer)
- They can check it via My Team → employee → reviews list ✔️
This gives you full confidence that everything is set up correctly.
💡 Tip: If different business units manage their own review cycles, giving them Group Administrator access is a brilliant way to devolve responsibility while keeping the process centralised and consistent.
