Building a Competency Framework
Hi community members!
We are wanting to implement a bespoke competency framework within our organisation, that includes:
- creating job families
- within the job families splitting the relevant job roles into levels
- within each level identifying key behavioural and technical competencies along with accreditations, training courses and skills which they should be achieving at each level.
This would then feed into our career pathways, development plans and succession mapping across the organisation.
How are other people doing this within Kallidus, has anyone had any luck with something like this or similar?
We'd love to hear if anyone has had success with this!
