Escalation of Non Compliance

How are you escalating non compliance within your organisation? We currently use managers dashboards and reports into senior managers but are looking into utilising Power Automate to send additional notifications further up the reporting line and we'd like to explore how this is linked to repeated notifications sent from the system. We're trying to minimise the manual nature of this process so keen to understand how others are managing compliance escalation effectively

  Following this with interest, particularly how you get on with Power Automate. It's quite a manual effort for us but in time I hope to push the data into the same dashboards leaders use for key performance metrics. Logic: take the numbers to them rather than expect them to head to the numbers in Learn.

  Sounds like a good approach Richard, I'll let you know how we progress with Power Automate we're still scoping what data we have to trigger these escalation notifications off but hopefully once we have this resolved we can pick up pace with this.
