Perform Time Saver when creating a new Template

Want to add new section content to an already created Section/Step that is higher up on your template/review? 

Instead of adding the section content and using the up arrow to move to the step you want multiple times. 

Instead, move the whole step to the bottom and then add the content, then move the step back to its original location on the review.
