    Hi Ash,

I'm an LMS administrator, are you?

We use Learn to provide compliance training for Per-paid Funeral Plans for the network of Funeral Directors we work with. As the Funerals directors are not our employees we use a data feed instead of a HR feed. How have you been finding the transition to Power BI reporting?

    Hi Ash and Gail,

I work in the L&D team at Arts Council England, we use Learn and Perform. We use Kallidus Learn for similar reasons and continuously using it to develop our learning offer.

Gail, we've been using Power BI reporting for some time, I love it and find it very easy to use. Have you created any custom reports? Our internal data team have also developed an internal dashboard for us, which connects to Kallidus Power BI, which gives us extra insights.

    Hi Jayne,

We are quite a small but growing team and don't have support from the wider organisation yet with Power BI.

Gary @ Kallidus was really helpful and built the 3 reports we need, I think they were pretty easy for Gary to set up.

I'm comfortable with navigating Power BI now and am able to add filters and add data to the reports Gary built for us.

Creating dashboards and visuals is something I will endeavour to learn in the future!

    Hello both,

My job role is L&D Specialist. There are two of of us who look after all factors of L&D for roughly 200 colleagues. I manage the LMS platform and would love to spend more time on it to get the most out of it. Power BI is good, but limited unless you can extract the data out into your own data teams. It works for how we need it.

The live webinars are really good as it provides opportunity to ask real questions and they will help.

Do your colleagues actively use Learn for non-mandatory eLearning. I would love to hear insights on how you get colleagues to actively go onto your site.

    Hi both,

Yes the dashboards are super helpful! Yes, we use Learn for non mandatory learning, the majority of our learning is elective. We have a licence to articulate rise to build e-learning, and created a lot of in-house learning, we also run all our instructor-led training via Kallidus and colleagues do actively visit Kallidus. We have a monthly newsletter which I would say helps with uptake as we can spotlight courses, having Kallidus Perform helps too as the two connect :)

    Thanks, Jayne
