Welcome to the Kallidus customer Community!
This Community is created specifically for Kallidus customers to connect, collaborate, share ideas, ask questions, and learn from one another.
This community is designed as a customer-to-customer environment.
Kallidus team members may participate to provide guidance and clarification, but this community is not intended to replace Kallidus Support. For account-specific issues, bugs, or billing questions, please contact Kallidus Support.
Throughout this document, “Community” refers to all customer discussion areas, product forums, feedback spaces, or knowledge-base comments within the Kallidus Help Center.
Community Principles
We aim to foster a safe, supportive, and helpful space where customers can learn from one another. To maintain this environment, we ask that you:
- Treat others with respect and professionalism
- Contribute constructively
- Assume positive intent
- Take responsibility for the content you share

- Use a professional tone
- Welcome new users and encourage participation
- Share your knowledge and experiences
- Ask questions and offer help where possible
- Provide constructive, helpful feedback
- Include relevant details when posting (screenshots, links, examples)
- Follow the “how to post” guidance in each forum area
- Enjoy collaborating with other customers
❌ What You Should Not Do
Please avoid:
- Posting or linking to content that is harmful, harassing, threatening, defamatory, discriminatory, or hateful
- Sharing offensive, inflammatory, or inappropriate content
- Promoting illegal activity
- Posting malware, spam, bots, or any harmful code
- Sharing copyrighted or proprietary content you don’t have the right to share
- Violating the privacy of others or sharing personal/contact information without consent
- Posting on behalf of others without permission
- Sharing confidential information belonging to Kallidus, its partners, or any third party
- Misrepresenting your identity or Kallidus affiliation
- Soliciting community members for commercial purposes, sales, or product promotion
- Asking users to contact you outside the Community for support
- Giving knowingly incorrect or misleading answers
- Advising users to contact Kallidus Support unless the issue is account‑specific, billing-related, or a confirmed bug
- Posting content that disparages Kallidus, its partners, or its customers
- Using the Community in any way that violates Kallidus policies
For your own safety:
Do not post personal contact information publicly. If you need to gather information from others, use a secure form instead.
Moderation & Enforcement
Kallidus may remove content that violates this Code of Conduct.
We may also temporarily or permanently suspend accounts that repeatedly or seriously breach these guidelines.
