Audit Report in LEARN

I'm curious about what you use the audit feature for? I use it from time to time if somebody claims to have completed a lesson/course but Learn hasn't given them credit for doing so (tends to happen if somebody has left their browser tab idle). If I can see they spent time on the lesson/course, I'll manually mark them as complete. My use case probably isn't strong enough to warrant shifting audit data into PowerBi but I suspect I'm underusing it :)

    Hi Richard

I am mostly using the Audit feature when having to look at who last updated a user's bookings, or details when something has gone wrong.

We have large teams which are split as to who manages what users, and sometimes there is a back and forth over who did something wrong. So being able to have the audit data set in Power BI would allow me to do better analysis of the data, and pull up every transaction on a users profile. Rather that running the extract to look for a time period, export it and then search for details of the user and who did what.

Also it does have some date and time stamp matrix data that would be good to look at for performance of our admins. Again to be able to demonstrate how much users are updating into the system, who is under performing/saying there busy with updates when not etc.

Got you - that makes sense. Our admin side of the things is a little simpler I suspect. Good to know though.
