What should I post in the Community?
The main question that's come up from launching the Community pilot is ‘What kind of posts should I make?’ Here are 3 types of posts that you might want to make:
Questions
For customers, the Community is an opportunity to ask questions and get answers and suggestions from not only our internal team, but from other customers who might have encountered the same thing.
Here's a great example from Jess:
I have a peer-to-peer review process but I can't have a management loop! What do I do?
Top tips
The Community is a great place to share any solutions that have worked well that other customers might find useful.

Discussions
Start or join in a discussion about a topic you're interested in - it's a great opportunity to share thoughts and ideas.
