• During onboarding when org chart is enabled, Sapling encourages new hires to explore the org chart so they can better see their team and how they fit into the larger company and organization.

• Expand All allows you to easily zoom out and see where manager's may be spread thin and re-org as needed.

• Create custom groups and visualize their relationship against your organizational structure to see how cross-functional your teams really are.
