Austin Ly - Customer Support Lead
Based in Alberta, I joined Kallidus in June 2022, with my previous role being leading multiple Service Desks at a Managed Service Provider. I have worked in many customer-facing roles with an IT focus such as Executive Support and Mobility Device Management for large corporations.
My passion in life is learning and the growth of my team, I always want to make sure that my team is always prepared and has the avenues to grow and flourish in their roles.
Outside of work, I am an avid cook with a previous life working as a line cook. I like learning new cuisines and learning old traditional techniques. I am traditionally trained in French cooking and am working to refine traditional noodle making.
Ketan Kapoor - Customer Support Specialist
I started working with Kallidus in February 2021 and have been working in the Support role for a decade now. Working with Sapling and Kallidus group has been a great journey specially with a vast and diversified network of team members. I feel like connected with peers much more in order to support our customers and to be a part of their success as well.
Apart from work I love playing cricket and badminton and also spending time with my son with his activites.
Bolaji Elusogbon - Customer Support Specialist
Based in Ontario, I Joined Kallidus in January 2022, after working as a Technical Support Associate at Rogers Communications. I have many years of experience in customer-facing roles and engagement in different industries.
I love to work with my team to build adaptive strategies to help deliver a top-notch customer experience to our customers. I feel a great level of fulfillment when I help our customers solve their problems.
I am married with two kids and love to spend a lot of time with them outside of work. I also love to watch movies and research subjects of interest.
Manasa Gunreddy - Customer Support Specialist
With 4 years experience in the customer support domain, I joined Sapling/Kallidus in September 2021. I love the work as it is challenging to support the range of products the company is providing.
I enjoy working in a challenging environment and troubleshooting to resolve customer issues that can build customer trust. My strengths include determination and problem solving skills.
Outside of work - I like doing crafts, pencil drawings and going for long walks. I love spending time with my family and friends.
Tilly Martin - Global Head of Customer Operations
Based in the UK, I started my career at Kallidus in mid-2014 and have worked in a number of customer-facing roles during that time, including Customer Support and Programme Coordinator for our migrations to our current infrastructure platform partner.
I really enjoy leading the Global Customer Operations teams, as it allows me to build great relationships with our customers and colleagues all over the world, influence change and continual improvement across the business, and coach the next generation of Customer advocates.
Outside of work, I am a massive bookworm, nature lover, and creative crafter (I enjoy anything where I can make something beautiful while making a mess).
