This guide outlines the Home page and My Team page which your users will see if your organisation has at least two products from either Learn, Perform or Recruit. It also covers a design change to the navigation bar which displays across the top.
These new pages help bring key information to the front of the system and help your users prioritise the tasks they need to complete within Learn, Perform and Recruit. The dashboards establish a direct link between learning and performance, highlight tasks to be completed within the Recruit system and help reduce app fatigue for your users.
We will be upgrading all sites (for multi-product customers only) to use the new top navigation bar and the new Home and My Team pages on the 28th July.
We have attached some starter comms for your people and these are attached (you will need to edit these to fit your tone of voice and remove any product information not relevant).
How will it work once the upgrade has happened?
Your existing links to Learn, Perform and Recruit will still work as they do now. There is no need to change them in most cases.
If your users currently use a link with a /Learn or /Perform on it then they will continue to go the the product directly. However, if your users currently go to yourcompanyname.kallidus-suite.com (with no / at the end) then they currently go to Learn. If they continue to use this link then they will drop onto the new Home page and can easily navigate to Learn using the top navigation bar.
You might decide that you wish your users to ‘land’ on the new Home page rather than going to the specific links for each of the products. If this turns out to be the case, then you can ask your users to use the yourcompanyname.kallidus-suite.com link and this will redirect them directly to the new Home page.
What will my users see?
What your users will see is dependent on which Kallidus products you have purchased and which products a particular individual has been given access to. People will only be able to access the products they have access to.
If your organisation only has Learn, Perform or Recruit, then you will not see any changes to your current product view. Recruit will only ‘count’ as a product if you use it via SSO (without SSO the system will not pick this up and will not show a Home page or the ‘Recruit’ link in the new top navigation bar.)
The table below summarises who will see what:

A new look top navigation bar
We are introducing a new look top navigation bar which will help your users move smoothly between our products. This new bar has a high definition and makes it really clear which page the user is on.
We will automatically show your product names.
The Home page
The Homepage will show for all your users. What is shows will depend on what access the user has. If they have access to Learn, Perform and Recruit, then they will see learning, performance and recruitment information all in one place.
If that user only has access to any one of the products, then they will only see information relating to that product. For example, if they only have access to Perform then they will only see information relating to this.
‘My upcoming tasks’
This section shows a combined list of tasks to complete in urgency order. This will combine both Learning and Performance management tasks, enabling the individual a clear picture of what is due when.
My Learning overview
This section gives an overview of learning within Learn. It summarises the recent position and helps the person to understand where they are with their learning at a glance.
Your users will also be able to see the total amount of learning completed in the last 12 months and when they are booked onto training.
My career overview
This section shows a summary of objectives, development activities and reviews.
If people want to see more detail then they can link directly into Perform to see the details of which items are due/overdue etc.
My recruitment
This section shows the status of vacancies which the user is the assigned Hiring Manager for, along with a summary of active candidates in those vacancies. In addition, the right panel gives a summary of tasks related to other roles involved in recruitment that this individual has been assigned, e.g. as an approver, a screening or interview panel member, etc.
Finally, all users will also be able to view the latest internal vacancies and click through to apply (not shown below).
What will your managers see?
Your managers will see a ‘My Team’ page which helps them see, at a glance, how their team are doing with both learning and performance management tasks.
My team’s learning overview
This section shows a summary of learning for this manager’s team.
My team’s performance overview
The manager can see the current progress of their team’s objectives and development activities.
My team’s reviews
This section enables the manager to see a list of upcoming reviews and allows quick access to them.
Team member summary
This section gives a summary of the overall position of their team members.
