Introduction

The Kallidus Sapling platform helps HR and People Operations teams automate and streamline administrative tasks so they can focus on employee experience,  retention, and creating an amazing culture for the most successful teams.

Limitation:

• Rehires cannot be managed via the endpoint
• The integration will only allow for profile creation and termination
• Outline how data can be imported to UKG Pro
• L/D/E filters not applicable
• POST endpoint required fields and validation:

The API-based, single-direction UKG Pro integration allows Sapling to:

1. Create Users: When a user completes their Sapling profile, they will automatically be created in UKG Pro.

2. Deactivate Users: When a user is offboarded in Sapling, the corresponding user in UKG Pro will have a termination process started.

Setting up the Integration Step by Step

Step #1. Get your API key from UKG Pro 

1. You'll want to login to your UKG Pro account and search Service Account Administration.

Step #2. Enable the UKG Integration in Sapling

1. In Sapling, navigate to the Integrations → Payroll → UKG Pro

2. Click the toggle to open the configuration steps

3. Paste your Customer API Key

4. Click Submit
