Improvements to vacancy sharing page, including allowing sharing of unadvertised vacancies
We've made an improvement to the vacancy sharing page to allow easier sharing of links to vacancies, even when they are not advertised on a customer's own internal or external candidate careers sites.
The change introduces new signalling to clearly indicate whether or not a vacancy is currently advertising and where, along with new warnings to help ensure users don't share incorrectly. A short message is displayed below the internal vacancy link to inform them not to share with external candidates. A clear warning is also displayed to help prevent users sharing links to vacancies which candidates can't apply to, due to the status not being open, the opening date not being reached or the closing date having passed.
Toggle candidate contact details to not be displayed in candidate lists and profile pages
The new user portal made candidate contact details far more accessible for Hiring Managers. We've had feedback from some customers wishing for this information to be not quite so accessible.
We have therefore introduced a new configuration option to hide contact details from the expandable candidate list rows and from the left panel on candidate profile pages.
Please note that contact details may still be accessible in the application form and candidate CV documents.
Resolved an issue with logging of user actions on candidates in the new user portal and use or personal identities in comms templates
An issue was identified where the user who performed an action on a candidate in the new user portal, such as clicking a button to progress a candidate through the workflow, was not being passed to the admin portal and logged in the candidate timeline. Where the user's details are required, such as for an email or SMS template
