Our Customer support team can now bulk delete or bulk archive reviews in Perform. Archiving or deleting en masse can be useful dependent on your requirements.
You may decide that, as a business, you only want to keep reviews for X years. You therefore might want to remove older reviews on a periodic basis and archiving them will be a good way forward for this.
Recent examples of where bulk deletion has proved necessary is where reviews have been assigned with incorrect questions within them. In these examples you will be looking to remove them as soon as possible before too many people complete them.
If you wish to make use of this new functionality please raise a ticket in the normal way and we will assist you. Where possible:
- Raise the ticket as soon as possible (especially for deletion) – if you have assigned reviews with errors
- Work with our customer support team to identify which reviews need to be deleted or archived
- Communicate with your stakeholders about impacts that this may have to reduce their confusion.
Please note: These processes are irreversible. You should check and double check the list of reviews to be deleted or archived before this is undertaken.
