Anonymous screening is used by some customers to reduce the possibility of unconscious bias at early screening stages.
This is currently achieved by removing the candidate's uploaded CV, and other information which would reveal the candidate's gender or ethnicity, from the candidate application presented at early screening stages.
Instead, the screening decision is based on the candidate's responses to specific questions which can be included in the candidate application form via the question bank options available in Kallidus Recruit.
UPDATE JULY 2022 - we will soon be offering redacted CVs - so identifiable information will be automatically redacted from CV documents uploaded by candidates, while allowing managers to screen based on other information on the CV.
