Thanks Mike. Great to see that this has been released ahead of the projected date. When will the ability to view the certificate in the admin view be available?
Dionne - thanks for the comment. The functionality is available from the 1st Aug. I am glad you like the look of it.
There are 2 potential dates that the admin being able to download the document might be available. I am hoping the end of August is possible. We have started this development so this looks probable. If this proves more complex than we think then this could roll to the September release (26th).
I know I am coming to see you next week so I should have a bit of a better view then.
Could this be used to ask learners to upload their action plan and post-work resulting from having attending a course? Would it also be possible to make comments and rate the upload as a pass or fail?
Is there an option for the trainer to do a mass-upload instead of relying on the individuals doing it, this would be very helpful for us from a compliance perspective as all certificates we receive do not go to the individual...
I have used this for the first time today when building a new course and I really like it.
When you are applying an accreditation for refresher training to this type of lesson, does it go off the date you uploaded the certificate or the date that you enter manually? Also how will it work when the certificate is out of date and a new one needs to be uploaded?
The date that is entered is the one used for the repeat. If you are awarded a certificate on the 1st Jan and the accreditation has 31 days grace period then 31 days before the 1st the learner will be asked to upload their new certificate.
These dates could be regardless of when the document was actually uploaded - which might have been days after the certificate was awarded.
I am not sure I have answered all the questions/comments here. Thanks for making them.
Jean-Felix Callens - I am afraid as we stand there is no way to mark an uploaded document. No way to pass or fail it.
Amanda - there is no way currently to mass upload these at the moment.
Kerry - the repeat should work on the certificate awarded date. If it is time to repeat this lesson then the previous result is stored alongside the document. The learner is invited to upload their new certificate.

Hi Mike
This is great.
Is this also being applied in Classic? I can see a need for this in our other system as well.
Thanks
