This can help administrators track, evaluate, and ensure compliance with professional development standards. Information can also be used to inform CPD decisions based on the status of CPD programmes and periods helping to maintain focus on CPD activities.
- To view the 'CPD Activity' Report, browse to 'Reporting' area of Learn admin:
- The' CPD Activity' Report is located in the 'User / Group reports' area:
- The report contains 6 tabs: 'Summary', 'Summary by programme title', 'CPD targets achieved', 'CPD targets not achieved', 'No CPD activity' and 'Datasheet'. See table below for more details by each report tab:
Summary | A high-level summary showing the total number and percentage of CPD assignments completed as well as a graphical illustration by programme title |
Summary by programme title | A high-level summary by programme title and by CPD period for the number and percentage of CPD assignments completed. Divided into sections by CPD programme |
CPD targets achieved | Users who have completed their CPD targets. Divided into sections by CPD Programme |
CPD targets not achieved | Users who have not achieved the targeted hours/points |
No CPD activity | This lists all Users who have not completed any CPD qualifying learning |
Datasheet | This includes all the data that is available in all the separate tabs as one complete datasheet |
