After a software update in late 2020, Articulate seem to have introduced a bug to their Rise 360 product. The main issue we are seeing is when a course is published to scorm 1.2, imported into Classic or Learn, when launched by a user, they see a blank, white screen. However, this only occurs on a 'second' launch of the content by the user. If the user opens and completes the course, in one sitting, the issue does not occur. If they exit and then re-launch the course, this is when they will see the blank page.
The reason for this is Articulate now use a SCORMdriver.JS file, that uses auto-discover logic to detect the scorm API. Ideally the LMS would just look for the SCORM 1.2 API. But, what the Rise content appears to do, is search for any presence of a SCORM 2004 API and use that, in preference to SCORM 1.2, which is not appropriate for a SCORM 1.2 published title - as Kallidus is only expecting a 1.2 published SCORM title, to send 1.2 communications to our system.
You can check this by using F12 and seeing the errors and where it 'reads' 2004 instead of 1.2:
As a short-term fix, you can go to a course file, prior to roughly October 2020, and extract the scormdriver.js file from that course and replace it in the new course.
This video may help explain how to do this:
This is not a long term solution for this issue. The best option available to you is to contact your software provider to request a new scormdriver file.

This has now been resolved by Articulate. You will of course need to re-publish any packages displaying this issue to have the most up to date drivers installed.
