Predictive analytics - Vacancy predictions
This feature introduces a new report which shows the predicted number of vacancies in the pipeline, based on the current number of requisitions in the pipeline and what the historical requisition approval rates have been at each requisition stage.
Users may opt to use either the automatically calculated approval rates or set their own rates, e.g. if there is no historical data to base the prediction on.

Predictive analytics - Candidate predictions
This feature introduces a new report which allows users to see whether hiring targets will be met, based on the current number of candidates in the pipeline and what the historical stage pass rates have been at each key stage of the candidate workflow.
Users may opt to use either the automatically calculated stage pass rates or set their own rates, e.g. if there is no historical data to base the prediction on.
This report is intended to be used to help inform users to close vacancies when there are enough candidates in the top of the pipeline; or to invest in more advertising if there are not sufficient numbers of candidates.
