In some circumstances it may be necessary to change a User’s password manually (the ‘forgot password’ link can also be added to the log in screen. If this is not visible, contact Support for more information).
Step one: Open the personal details for a User
Navigate to a User’s profile and select ‘Edit’
Step Two: Specify the new password
Select ‘Change’ next to the password. Enter and confirm the new Password. Note: Password complexity is determined by your organisation when the Learn is first configured. Contact support to make changes if required.
