We know it’s not easy to find the time to get trained and keep trained, but we’re here to help! We’ve developed two new self-guided pathways so you can get started with Learn in your own time, at your own pace.

We’ve digitised our entire 2-day Learn training course, resulting in just over 4 hours of bitesize video tutorials, and eLearning produced by our amazing bespoke content team. These tutorials will introduce you to key features and functionality in Learn, including:

We have launched The Academy as a central source of knowledge for all our customers. We are moving away from on-site or scheduled training into a fully self-guided model, where new users and seasoned experts alike can take training at their own pace.

What happens if I get a new admin?

New admins will be able to take their required training at times that suit you, rather than booking onto a scheduled course. They will receive the same high-quality blended learning course you’re used to, but they can take modules in their own time at their own pace, with instant feedback and results on tests.

You can even choose to skip modules that aren’t relevant to their job roles, or choose additional training from our catalogue of live events and resources to boost performance.
