Perform - Import Reviews from external applications

The Kallidus team can import  Reviews from externals applications by doing an Import on your behalf. We would need the pdf files and a csv that give us the following data items:

RevieweeUserName, ReviewTemplateTitle,DueDate,PDFFileName

Dates should be entered in the format dd/mm/yyyy
