Delete Training for Course Assigned in Error

What is this about?

Applies to Kallidus Classic and Kallidus Learn

Where a course has been assigned to a Learner in error, and they are subsequently un-enrolled before attempting the course, a Training record remains on the Learners results page for the lessons contained within the course. These lessons have no 'Status' and can't be removed in the normal manner.

Note that this is not a 'bug' as such but shows an accurate history for the Learner in that they were once assigned this course.

How do I do this?

To delete a Training Record you would normally click on the 'History' button and then click on the 'Delete' button. However, in this circumstance , where the lesson has no history or status, this method will not be available as there is no 'Result' to delete.

The workaround in this situation is to manually create a Training result for the user and then delete the entire Training History for the lesson. This will remove not only the result you've temporarily created but also the training record associated with the lesson and will no longer show an entry in their results page.

Click on the 'History' button next to the lesson and then click on 'New'

  Note that you only need to complete the Date and Status fields and then click 'Save'

  

You'll now have the option to 'Delete All Training History'
