This page is designed to update you to a change we are making to some older templates which were delivered within early installations of Perform. As a result of technical reasons, these templates are no longer available for use.
The two templates that are impacted are entitled: ‘Yearly’ and ‘Check-in’. To make it clear which templates are impacted we have added ‘(No longer available)’ at the end of the templates titles (display names). We know that lots of templates are named in a similar way so this will make it clear when you are using templates for new feedback rounds.

Why these templates? These templates were provided with early implementations of Perform. We know that most of these are archived and not used anymore. We are doing this change for technical reasons. |
How will these templates look?
The templates impacted will have ‘(No longer available)’ at the end of their title.

Don’t worry if you cannot find these templates in your system: Only our earliest users of Perform will have these templates in their systems. |
