There are two main options for media source reporting:
1. report on where the candidate says they heard about the role in Kallidus Pivot reports
2. report on where the candidate clicked through from on the web
Option 1 is simplest, as candidates have picked from your list of media sources on application. Once this report is created, it can be run at any time from the Pivot reports section, or included in Excel dashboards via the live-link feature.
See Recruit - media source reporting (online source tracking) for how to report via Option 2.
This article covers Option 1
1. From the welcome page, scroll down the page and click 'Pivot reports':
Click 'Create new report'. Depending on what you want to achieve, you could simply do a '2 column' report - select Media source for Column A and click 'Get Values'
You can then add additional filters to report on archived data, or to limit by submissions in certain time periods, or just click 'Preview report'. Then name the report, make it Global to share with colleagues if necessary, add a chart (Pie or Bar) could be good options for a simple report like this.
Finally, click Save report, and the report will be in your list of Pivot reports.
You can export the data to CSV by clicking 'Download report to CSV file' - just visible at the top left of the above screenshot.
