360 - Why is there text/images missing from my 360 report?

For each 360 questionnaire there is a report template that allows you to determine the layout for the report.

If you find that the 360 report has missing text or images, the most likely cause is that this information is missing from the report settings.

Missing images or introductory text will result in blank pages at the start of the report. 

To correct this issue, go to Configure Questionnaire and update the Report Settings page for the questionnaire in question.
