Perform provides an easy way to create a template in multiple languages. Each employee will see the review form in their preferred language.
Note: the preferred language is determined by an employee’s profile in Learn. If an employee manually changes their preference in Perform it will be overwritten next time the data feed runs.
When languages are enabled, the language bar will appear at the top of review templates:
Perform will translate application text for each available language. Administrators can then enter the template text in each language.
When assigning a review managers will see only one review template (not one for each language).
Note: Please contact your Account Manager or Consultant to add language packs.
