Administrators can search (matching first or last name) and view the details for any employee. From this view an administrator can:
- View an employee’s objectives
- View an employee’s development plans
- View an employee’s reviews
- Change an employee’s password*
*note: if your organisation is using SSO (Single Sign On) this option will not be visible.
