Step One: Create a blank form
Click on your profile picture in the top right to open the admin menu and choose ‘Template builder’. Choose to create either a new template from scratch or duplicate an existing template:
Step Two: Name the template and save
Add a Title and a display name for the template (If you’re creating a template by duplicating, click ‘Edit’ to open the new duplicate template). The Title is visible only to administrators and managers and is often used as a unique reference for different versions of a template, for example, 2019 review-call grade1, 2019 review-grade2 etc). The display name is visible to reviewees. Scroll to the end of the page and click save.
Step Three: Choose reassignment options
Reviews may need to be repeated regularly, for example monthly or yearly. Select an option in the Automatic reassignment section, and the review will be automatically reassigned on the timescale specified:
Note: Reviews/check-ins will be reassigned based on the date of completion, not according to a strict calendar timescale.
What next?
The next step is to add questions to the template. This is achieved by adding ‘Sections’. See ‘Build a template using sections’ for more information.
