Administrators use the template builder to create review templates. Templates are published and the resulting forms are available to managers for use in reviews and check-ins (if this feature is enabled. see the ‘Global settings’ section for more information).
The steps below describe how a Manager assigns a review form to their team.
Step one: Create a new review
Navigate to the ‘My team’ tab and Click ‘New team review’:
Note: If a review is for one team member only, a review can also be created by selecting ‘See Reviews’ as shown in the above screenshot.
Step two: Specify the properties
Specify to which team members the review will be assigned, the date by which it should be completed, and the form to use:
Step Three: Complete the review assignment
Click ‘Create review’. If notifications are configured, team members will receive an email advising they have been assigned a review (see the ‘Global settings’ section for more information about optional notifications):
