The My objectives area shows Active, Archived and Global objectives. An Overdue tab will appear in after the due date has passed.
Active objectives may include objectives assigned by team managers, and those created by the employee. Employees cannot create Global objectives, but they are able to view all existing global objectives. Both employees and managers can move the percent bar to indicate progress toward meeting an objective.
Add comments / evidence to an Objective
Team members can open an objective to add comments demonstrating the steps they have taken to meet an objective, provide evidence of achievement, and detail any challenges they have faced.
Navigate to ‘My Objectives’ and select an Objective to modify. Add a comment, attach a file and click ‘Post’ to add to the objective:
If a review contains the ‘Overview of Objectives’ section comments and evidence added by the reviewee in the ‘My Objectives’ area will be populated in this section of the review. This gives both the reviewer and reviewee an opportunity to discuss progress and challenges:
