Reviews assigned to an employee will appear here for employees to complete. Employees can open a review at any time to add comments and evidence in advance of a face-to-face meeting.
An employee can also be assigned as the reviewer, in which case the “As the reviewer” section will contain reviews they have been delegated. See the ‘Delegate a review’ section for more information.
Both the reviewer and reviewee will see a visual indication of progress on the review:
Managers and team members can click ‘Continue this review’ to populate the review with comments and supporting evidence in advance of the face-to-face sessions. See the ‘Big picture’ section to see how this step fits into the overall process.
