If you use our vacancy authorisation system, then the data shown on the Charting dashboards for time-to-hire etc measure the length of time between "Requisition first created" and the dates of candidates being moved to the relevant statuses (e.g. Interview/Offer/Hired).
If you don't use vacancy authorisation, then the time is measured between the date the vacancy was first opened and the dates of candidates being moved to the relevant statuses.
