These reports provide data on 'time to first interview', 'time to first offer' and 'time to first hire' for each vacancy. They are appropriate for the most common scenario of customers hiring one person for each vacancy. Where customers may be constantly advertising 'evergreen' vacancies, with multiple hires over a period of months, reporting on time-to-hire requires the use of Analytics data instead.
If you use our vacancy authorisation system, then the data shown on the Charting dashboards for time-to-hire etc measures the length of time between "Requisition first created" and the dates of candidates being moved to the relevant statuses (e.g. Interview/Offer/Hired).
If you don't use vacancy authorisation, then the time is measured between the date the vacancy was first opened and the dates of candidates being moved to the relevant statuses.
