If users are unable to see a course to complete it, there are a few things you can check in your configuration.
1. Is the course enabled?
You can check this by going to Administration > Course > Locating the Course in question > is the "Course is enabled" tick box selected at the bottom of the page?
If not, simply select and "Submit".
2. Does the course have a lesson?
You can check this by going to Administration > Course > Locating the Course in question > Go to Lessons on the left-hand side. Is an enabled lesson listed?
In order for any course to appear, there needs to be a lesson assigned to it.
3. Is the course available to the learners?
For a user to see a course it will either need to be available in a catalogue for them to self-serve the content or assigned to them either directly or via a group.
You can check this by going to the "Group", "User" or "Catalogue" options on the left-hand side within the course.
